Mariana brings over 8 years of business experience with a focus on organizational efficiency, project management, and customer service. In her years with the company, she has refined and implemented performance metrics for optimizing processes and driving efficiency throughout our workflow within the translation and interpretation service categories.

She has implemented an electronic interpreter scheduling system to expedite requests, responsiveness and ease of communication with all of our interpreter associates. In addition, she has established a customer service tool that enables us to collect client satisfaction data and analytics to ensure we are driving excellence in our customer experience. Mariana is fluent in English/Spanish and is also a qualified Spanish interpreter.
